I’m Mi Ae,

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#135709) and a Certified Couples and Sex Therapist. I believe in the transformative power of being heard and understood. I cultivate a curious and non-judgmental stance while developing an insight-oriented, relational, and attachment-based approach. I aim to honor, validate, and welcome the uniqueness of each person’s diverse experiences and background into a space with warmth, empathy, and authenticity.  Through gentle exploration and profound connection, we work together to navigate the depths of your inner world, heal from your wounds to ultimately experience deeper intimacy, and connectedness while living your most authentic self. 

I am fluent in both English and Spanish, with proficiency in Korean and Portuguese at a conversational level.
