At this time, I do not directly accept insurance. However, I understand the importance of maximizing your benefits and minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses. As a solution, I am happy to provide you with a superbill, which includes all the necessary information for you to submit to your out-of-network PPO insurance. This way, you can access any potential reimbursement available to you. Your financial wellness and peace of mind are priorities to me, and I'm here to support you through every step of the process.

There isn’t a time frame to the length of therapy. I firmly believe in the uniqueness of each individual's journey toward healing. I understand that the path to wellness is not linear; it's a winding road with ups and downs, twists and turns. Just as no two people are alike, neither are their experiences or the ways in which they heal.
My approach to therapy is deeply personal and tailored to your specific needs because I recognize that your story, struggles, and strengths are entirely your own. I am here to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and compassion as you navigate life's challenges.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for therapy services is a document provided by therapists or counseling practices to clients. It outlines the estimated costs associated with receiving therapy services. These costs may include session fees, assessment fees, administrative fees, and any other potential expenses related to therapy. The purpose of the GFE is to give clients a clear understanding of the financial commitment involved in therapy, helping them make informed decisions about their mental health care.
